Job Title: Law Clerk / Attorney

Looking for a candidate to fill the position of Law Clerk who is interested in taking up Corporate Immigration as a career. We can train the right candidate and even provide opportunity for partnership. As a start, we will be training the candidate in filing of H-1b petitions which are for specialty occupation workers. Slowly we will also move on to other areas like filing of permanent residency applications which involves Labor Certification, Immigrant Petitions and Adjustment of Status. There are also other areas we work on like multi-national managers and workers coming under NAFTA agreements. We also work on Naturalization, Family Immigration, religious workers and visa for performing artists. So the scope to learn is unlimited.
Required Qualification: Ideal candidate would have a JD / LL.M degree with excellent writing skills, research skills and attention to detail. Bulk of immigration work involves paper work where the information needs to be accurate and support letters or respond to queries or file Motions where you make arguments in support of your client. The candidate should also be open about doing paperwork since most of the work petitions are filed by mail with Department of Homeland Security. Stipend will be paid to the candidates while undergoing training and slowly move on to a stable position depending on the interest and hard work the candidate puts into the work.
