Hello:
Hope you are doing well! Thank you for thinking about our law firm for your immigration needs.
USCIS fees information, you can find in the below link:
Firs step is to email us (vnathanlaw@gmail.com) the names (first name and last name) of all the applicants and their email id so we can create the case for you using our online immigration software. You will get an email and you can start filling the questionnaire and then we will review it and prepare the forms.
Meanwhile, you will also have to work on collecting the documents for filing the I-485 which is listed in the below link.

Review our engagement agreement and please print, sign it and send this to us when you send the support documents.
If you don't have birth certificate please check out the below link.

Once you collect the support documents, we will prefer, if you want expedited processing to maill all the physical support documents to the following address:
Vasanth Vaidyanathan
1690 Parkhills Ave, Los Altos, CA 94024
(732) 718 4272
Once we have support documents in hand it will help us to easily cross check all the information with the forms that we are finalizing. There are host of forms like G-1145, G-28, I-485, J supplement and I-765.
Once we finalize all the forms we will be emailing you the forms forms for final review. You will have the option to make any changes online and then print the forms and mail it back to us (same address as above) with signature and checks to Department of Homeland Security for the amount that is in the link above relating to fees.
Note that one of the forms called J supplement will need the signature of the GC sponsoring company. This is basically to confirm that the company has still kept the permanent job offer open which was the basis of filing the PERM and 140. So you will have to forward the J Supplement to company which filed your PERM and 140. Once the page relating to employer has been signed by employer, the signed page can be scanned and emailed to you and you can make that page part of the forms which you will be mailing us.
On receipt of the forms, we will do one final review and then dispatch the I-485 to DHS.
If our law firm did not handle the I-140 petition for you I will need copy of the I-140 approval and also copy of I-140 petition (atleast the forms and support letter) and/or PERM approval copy.
Hope this helps and we wish you a successfull and expedited GC process.
Thank you,
Vasanth Vaidyanathan, Esq.
